I wouldn’t be where I am today if I hadn’t made the decision to work on myself and invest in my health.

About five years ago I found myself in a dark space. Between the combination of a severe skin condition that went mistreated for nearly a year, opening up about my traumatic sexual assault story for the first time, facing an unexpected layoff from my main job, hitting a burnout from filling my days with as many part-time jobs and social commitments as possible and engaging in a toxic/unhealthy relationship, I began to experience a huge drop in confidence and self worth sparking severe anxiety and minor depression.

As time went on I began to cope with my pain in unhealthy ways, causing me to eventually realize I needed to seek help and make some lifestyle changes in order to get my life back on track and learn to love myself again.

Over time and through the support of friends, family, self discipline, coaching and therapy I was able to turn things around and make improvements on my overall health and wellbeing. Today, it brings me true joy to provide others with guidance and support to create a path towards living a healthy, enriching and fulfilling life.
